"Taylor’s Anti-Diet Vegan Nutrition Course is a must if you’re looking for evidence-based vegan nutrition information and practical advice without a side of diet culture or food shaming. This course has everything you need as a new or seasoned vegan to feel confident about planning a nutritious vegan diet. I love that she clarifies popular myths about soy, processed foods, and supplements. I feel 100% good about recommending this course to my nutrition clients or anyone who wants an overview of vegan nutrition."
